WWE RAW RESULTS AND LIVE BLOG FOR JULY 10

Look out, here’s Starbreaker cruisin’ into town. Set his mind to stealin’ every heart around, but me? I’m content with my girls and I’m here to liveblog this here pro wrestling show for you, folks.

The show opens with Finn Balor making his entrance and a recap of last week’s match between Seth Rollins and Dominik Mysterio and the near-cash-in for Damian Priest that followed.

He talks about how frustrating Money in the Bank was and how frustrating it is that his issues all come from Damian Priest.

Enter Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley.

Rhea gets on the mic and tells Finn that whatever he has to say, they can talk about it in the back. Balor says his issue isn’t with either of them, but with Damian for costing him the World Heavyweight Championship when he tried to hijack his moment. Rhea pushes the mic down and tells him to calm down.

Finn slaps the mic down and leaves, and Rhea gets on the mic to play damage control, saying Judgment Day run Raw and she’d love someone to come out and try to question that fact. She’s the most dominant woman in WWE, and tonight her Latino Heat is going to prove that he’s the business when he puts Seth Rollins down.

Enter Seth Rollins, eating a tray of buffalo wings.

Dom is apoplectic and screams his head off about the interruption but Seth just keeps eating his wings and laughs off the idea that Mysterio will beat him. He says he’s gonna be the one whipping Dom Dom’s ass tonight and eats more wings while dancing to his theme song.

Commentary hypes up the rest of tonight’s show for us.

Back from commercial, Rhea Ripley tells Damian Priest that he and Finn are going to quash things like men. Priest says he already spoke to Balor and he chose to act this way, but for her, he’ll speak to him again.

Drew McIntyre & Matt Riddle vs. Imperium (Giovanni Vinci & Ludwig Kaiser)

Riddle and Kaiser to start, Matt in control briefly but Ludwig outmaneuvers him into a headlock takeover. Back on his feet, Riddle gets a Kimura lock briefly but is backed into the corner and into a hard right for the break! Tag to McIntyre, Kaiser right out, whip across, jockeying for position over a hip toss but Drew clobbers him with a lariat!

Riddle tags in, alley oop corkscrew senton, but soon enough Imperium run double teams and we go to break with them in control.

Back from commercial, Matt still in a bad way but he gets a crucifix pin for two! Giovanni cuts him off with a boot, tag to Kaiser. Traiding hands, palm strikes into a roundhouse kick but Ludwig cuts him off with an uppercut and a reverse STO! Clear the apron, Riddle hits the Pele but Imperium double team him into the corner, sheerdrop brainbuster... NOPE!

Matt clears a path and makes the tag and Drew comes in hot with lariats! Belly-to-belly suplexes, big powerbomb, staring GUNTHER down, counting down but McIntyre has to take time to clear Kaiser off the apron! Going after the Ring General, Riddle takes him out with a knee, Drew back inside...

Drew McIntyre & Matt Riddle win by pinfall with a Claymore from McIntyre on Giovanni Vinci.

Post-match, GUNTHER berates Vinci and Kaiser stares at Giovanni a beat before leaving him alone.

Backstage, as promised, Finn and Damian are talking again.

Balor voices his grievances and Rhea Ripley tells him to stop acting like a child and plays moderator, telling Damian to go first. Priest says he wanted Finn to win the title at Money in the Bank and this is not his fault. He’s happy to go back to the way things were, or...

Finn waves him off and says he wants to clean the slate and have a fresh start, but on one condition— he still has issues with Seth Rollins, and he wants him first. Damian says he has no issue with that and they’re good.

And so we go to break.

Back from commercial, we get a recap of the Trial of the Tribal Chief from SmackDown last week.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are interviewed backstage.

Sami says they’re gonna keep taking on whoever steps in their way because they’ve been on a pretty good streak and they’re ready to face any challenge.

Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio roll up.

Owens is upset about them not following the unwritten rule and Rhea is upset that they didn’t mention the Judgment Day because any version of them could take the titles whenever they want.

Dominik Mysterio makes his entrance and we go to break.

Back from commercial we get an ominous rainy promo package from Jinder Mahal and Indus Sher.

Dominik Mysterio attacks Seth Rollins in his entrance, Seth gives chase out into the crowd and back to ringside but here are Damian Priest and Finn Balor to beat the Visionary up! The brawl continues, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn make the save and Rollins gets a chair to even the odds and run Dom off!

We see Logan Paul walking backstage to send us to break.

Back from commercial, Ricochet makes his entrance and gets on the mic.

He says everyone knows why he’s here but he has something to say from the heart before he gets into it. If you know him, from the moment he steps through the curtain, every risk is for us so we can say we saw Ricochet and he was the highlight of our night.

But tonight, he’s here for one individual person, and that’s Logan Paul. He saw the Instagram video and he knows Logan is here so he’ll give credit where it’s due, he’s accomplished a lot in his short time here in WWE. They’ve crossed paths on multiple occasions, including when Paul jumped him at Money in the Bank because he didn’t get his way.

That’s fine, that happens here in WWE, but what he’s not cool with is Logan using his podcast to talk about Ricochet being unprofessional when he admitted he has no clue what he’s doing in the first place, so why not come out here and say that face to face?

Enter Logan Paul.

He mocks Ricochet for talking about “man-to-man” when he’s a little boy and says he’s incredible, one of the most spectacular superstars he’s ever seen and he’s right, when they’re in the ring together it’s fireworks, but he stands by what he said on his podcast, because Rick cared more about Logan losing than himself winning, and that makes him a reckless amateur.

So if you want to talk unprofessional, you can talk unprofessional. Ricochet says he’s a man of the people and he can promise that none of these people want Logan near the Money in the Bank briefcase. Further he keeps saying unprofessional when Ricochet is here after twenty years of being lectured about never making it because he’s unprofessional.

He says he was just gonna challenge Logan to a match but now he wants to jump down there and hurt him, but first some advice for the rookie— never run your damn mouth about Ricochet. Paul asks him “or what” and says he’s not afraid of a man in an extra medium shirt who’s 90% forehead, but he respects his game here.

Ricochet is trying to go viral, but Logan doesn’t care about going viral, because he’s a WWE Superstar with a legendary knockout punch, so no offense, he doesn’t think this is gonna work out. Rick just casually cracks off a tope con giro and lands on his feet in front of Paul.

Logan says that was cool... for a TikTok, but he’s not a TikToker, and he’s not about making moments, he IS the moment, so this isn’t going to work out. Paul fakes him out and goes for a punch but Ricochet ducks him and steps up off the apron for an Asai DDT, leaving Logan Paul laying!

Becky Lynch makes her entrance and we go to break.

Becky Lynch vs. Zoey Stark

Stark posturing early, into mat grappling, Lynch with a side headlock, shot off, drop down, dropkick, off the ropes, hip tosses from the Man into an armbar! Small package for two, off the ropes and Trish Stratus trips Becky up! Zoey with a huge crossbody and Lynch falls to the floor as we go to break!

Back from commercial, Stark hosses Lynch up on her shoulders but Becky slips out and traps her in the corner for kicks that send her to the floor! Baseball slide, back inside, into the corner, Zoey with a lariat, Z360 attempt blocked, float over, inverted DDT... SO CLOSE!

Dis-Arm-Her reversed into a pin, superkick connects, cover... BECKY KICKS OUT! Trading nearfalls, Zoey with her hands on the ropes, referee Aja Perera sees it and waves off the cover! Trish runs interference, Stark from behind, Z360 blocked, duck a lariat, dropkick hits Stratus!

Zoey thinks fast...

Zoey Stark wins by pinfall with an overrotated schoolboy pin.

Backstage, Seth Rollins chats with Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn and asks what the plan is. Sami says they’ve been fighting Judgment Day for months and the three of them are THE champions and they’ll beat them because they CAN beat them. Kev says he’s been calm but they jumped his friend four-on-one and he wants to go punch faces, smash heads, and break noses!

And so we go to break.

Back from commercial, Alpha Academy are in the ring in caps and gowns for Maxxine Dupri’s graduation ceremony.

Gable says it’s long, but no they’re here to discuss the achievements of the first-ever female graduate of the Alpha Academy and present her her diploma. Maxxine talks about how she thought Chad was a disgusting little troll at first but he’s a great teacher and a wonderful friend.

She talks about winning her first match ever right here on Monday Night Raw and also thanks this beautiful hunk of beef Otis. Her twin flame, her muse, and her rock, and if he hadn’t caught her eye, none of this would have been possible. The three of them are just getting started, a thank you!

Gable says that was great and they have a tradition around here and they have something special for her. They strip out of their caps and gowns and ask her to take her rightful spot front and center on her big night and take off her cap and gown and put on this letter jacket they had made for her!

Enter the Viking Raiders.

Valhalla attacks Maxxine from behind and takes her jacket!

We get a recap of Shayna Baszler turning on Ronda Rousey at Money in the Bank and the fallout thereof.

Baszler is shown shadowboxing backstage to send us to break.

Emma vs. Shayna Baszler

Emma with a boot up, sliding kick, corner low crossbody, cover... NOPE! Right hands, off the ropes, Shayna with a lariat and mounted punches! Bicep stomp, Kirifuda Clutch applied, falling back...

Shayna Baszler wins by submission with the Kirifuda Clutch.

Post-match, Ronda Rousey walks down to confront Shayna.

Right hands, a judo throw, mounted punches, Baszler posts up and gets the Kirifuda Clutch! Ronda reverses into forearms, looking for the armbar, Shayna tries to keep her hands clasped and then crawls through the ropes when Rousey breaks her grip, stalemating them!

“American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes is walking backstage to send us to break.

Back from commercial, “American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes makes his entrance.

He asks Buffalo what they want to talk about. He asks to be indulged briefly while he turns his back on the camera so he can see everyone here tonight. He sees us and he hopes we see him, and sometimes it feels like there’s an invisible barrier between them.

What he tells is real, not just career goals but life goals. The other day he was in the United Kingdom and a man asked him at a press event how he feels about his momentum, and the question and his answer have haunted him. He was a bit cagey and he cited the fans and said “hey look, every city is sold out, every crowd is louder and louder”

But his momentum in the ring is a big shakey, because of the mountain in front of him that he must either go through or not at all and we all know who he’s speaking of, Brock Lesnar. Brock isn’t here tonight, he must not have felt Buffalo was worth the trip, but he’s been told he’ll be here next week.

But here’s what he’s discovered— everyone has a Brock Lesnar, whether it’s your crippling debt or your terrible boss, that thing that’s impeding us from the most important step. His Brock is 6’3”, 300 pounds, a walking billboard for Darwinism and natural selection.

Some men see things and ask why, some dream and ask why not, and what he dreams is a rubber match against Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam. He’s gonna pop him in the ear, hit him with chairs, smash him with the steps, and finish the chapter that Lesnar started for no damn reason.

What comes from that fight is simple, that guy is next in line, and the prince doesn’t want to be the prince forever, he wants to be— he WILL be next in line!

We get a recap of the Miz/Ciampa feud.

The Miz makes his entrance and we go to break.

The Miz vs. Tommaso Ciampa (No Disqualification Match)

Brawling before the bell, inside, we get a bell, rolling around mounted punches, Miz rolls to the floor for a breather! Ciampa out after him, throwing him over the announce desk and laying chops in! Running knee bowls the A-Lister over! Back inside, Miz has a chair, Tom cuts him off with a right hand but the A-Lister gets him in the corner.

Awesome Clothesline connects, off the top, Ciampa cuts him down by ramming a chair into his ribs! Horsecollaring Miz with the chair on the floor, he throws him chair-first into the post to send us to break!

Back from commercial, Ciampa back suplexes Miz into the announce desk cover! Up on the table, back and forth, Tom throws him off and into the timekeeper’s barricade ribs-first! Ciampa gets a table out and slides it in the ring but the A-Lister cuts him off and plants him with a kick!

Smashing him into the turnbuckles, kicks in the corner, Miz grabs a trash can lid and heads up top only to cut down with a jumping knee! Up top... AIR RAID CRASH THROUGH THE TABLE! Cover... BRONSON REED PULLS TOM OUT OF THE RING AND BLASTS HIM WITH A KNEE! BIG ELBOW ON THE FLOOR!

Into the ring, Reed hits the 747 Splash and leaves Miz to it! The A-Lister crawls over...

The Miz wins by pinfall with a lateral press.

Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez are chatting in Gorilla when Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville roll up to bicker at them.

Liv and Raquel are just there to get a close-up on their competition, and—

Rhea Ripley rolls up to tell them to stay out of her business and stick to the tag division, or it’ll be strike three. Chelsea sticks her head in and says when they win the tag title’s they’ll run the division together, but Ripley gets in her face and asks who said “we” and they scurry off.

Liv Morgan says if Rhea keeps being a bully, they’ll keep stopping her.

Liv and Raquel make their entrance to be at ringside forthe next match.

Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville make their entrance and we go to break.

Chelsea Green & Sonya Deville vs. Katana Chance & Kayden Carter

Green on the wrong side of town, Deville runs interference to save her, Chance splashed off of Kayden’s shoulders for a nearfall! Folding press, Deville holds her feet...

Chelsea Green & Sonya Deville win by pinfall with a folding press from Green on Katana Chance with Deville holding her feet on the ropes.

Drew McIntyre and Matt Riddle are interviewed backstage.

Drew says he’s sick of the numbers games around here and he and Riddle are going to put an end with it, starting with Imperium. Riddle wants to wrestle GUNTHER next week and Drew says he’s not gonna be here next week so maybe he should hold off. Matt says he has it scouted and got Adam Pearce to ban Kaiser and Vinci from ringside.

Seth Rollins makes his entrance to send us to break.

Back from commercial, commentary hypes up next week’s show.

Judgment Day (Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio, & Finn Balor) vs. Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, & Seth Rollins

Zayn fired up, Rhea Ripley grabs his leg, Priest from behind... SOUTH OF HEAVEN! Balor off the top...

Judgment Day win by pinfall with Coup de Grace from Finn Balor on Sami Zayn.

Judgment Day stand tall.

That’s the show, folks.
