Do NOT take your vehicle to VADEN NISSAN of STATESBORO!

Do NOT take your vehicle to VADEN NISSAN of STATESBORO!!!! These con artist ruined my vehicle to get $5200 out of me. My truck had a minor hum that I wanted to check out and I need an oil change done!!! They said I needed a bolt on my drive shaft and charged me $194 for it!!! Ok cool! 1 bolt!!! They admit that even after paying the $5200 my truck may still have the hum as they aren’t quite sure if it’ll even fix the issue. They claim My vehicle had a vibration…. It didn’t. But I went along with xx bolt thing. My vehicle had a slight hum that sounded like it could possible have been from my wheel bearing. I have had 3 people ride in my truck and they didn’t even notice it! I had a mechanic in Rincon with whomI cannot wait ti get an affidavit from that checked. My vehicle out just a couple days ago!!! This made up issue that’s causing my truck to now not even be able to make it down the street, was non existent!!! Oh and the hum could possibly come from my transfer casing and as originally $5900! Since I’m in a desperate situation with multiple household family members in the hospital, they cut me a deal for a low low $5200. BUT I said I couldn’t do it today since I need at least a day notice to rent a turo but that’s none of their business…. Anyway I said, I’d bring the vehicle back so I could get to my family members TONIGHT!!! These con artist as soon as I got back offered me financing before I got in the truck. I said later!!! I knew what I was doing and needed to secure a rental before doing anything else!!!!Yall I got in my truck and it SOUNDS HORRIBLE!!! It’s shaking and pulling so bad no Doubt in my mind that I will not make it home! These con artist that I trusted and came to to investigate a hum Claimed to Have put me in a more safe vehicle and refuse to undo what they did when in fact I CANNOT EVEN MAKE IT HOME!!!!!!Vaden Nissan of Statesboro@followers@highlight

Let me start off by saying that Jason Tootle is a fantastic salesman; personable, knowledgeable, and a good listener. Ethan Ewing seeks to make right any issues as well. 5 stars for those two. Everything else about my buying experience brings the rating down to one star. 6 days and 47 miles after I purchased my vehicle, it showed signs of transmission issues. I bring it in. Vaden refused to give me a loaner vehicle while mine was being looked at. I had to raise xxxx with a service manager just to get that. After a week of no updates, I call Vaden and they tell me it's the valve body and are sending it to another dealership for confirmation. 5 days later, I get a call from said secondary dealership. The vehicle needs a full transmission replacement. There were at least 6 codes relating to the transmission and at least 4 separate parts that were broken. Warranty says it's a preexisting condition of the vehicle and Vaden is responsible for repair costs. I call Vaden, explain that I would like to explore the option of just getting a new car. The vehicle was not worth the cost of a new transmission. They say OK, a sales associate will call me after they discuss cost of repairs. 2 WEEKS GO BY. No call. No nothing. My car has been in their possession for 3 full weeks. They decided to go ahead and replace my transmission. No sales associate called, emailed, texted, or sent a pigeon. Another week goes by. I call, they say it will be ready to pick up within a day or two. I finally get to pick it up. It's filthy inside with crumpled up floor protectors and various paper hangers from the dealerships. And they don't even have the decency to order your license plate for you. TL;DR would not recommend, fees are outrageous also, car needed a new transmission right off the lot but they "had no idea". At least Franklin Chevrolet called.

Lincoln Lemon MKC 2016 March 18, 2023

I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKC March 18th 2023 and it was the worst mistake ever made. The salesman that test drove with me can attest that the vehicle was skipping and jerking while I test drove it. This dealership guaranteed they would fix it and added on an extended warranty on it as well. Still to this day it still doesn't work properly. They do not honor their guarantees. They took my $2000 down payment and told me 1500 wasn't enough even though my credit score was 635 alone. They moved salesman to another location and then fired him for standing up for me as well. After signing the paperwork they told me since there was no lights on the vehicle that they saw nothing wrong but for me to keep driving it as is. I continued to complain about the same issue but they refused to believe me. They said nothing could be done without lights until I finally got a check engine light before the 30days having this Lincoln Lemon. It has been skipping and jerking and I have been calling the dealership multiple times til they stopped trying to call me back. I was leaving many messages daily and weekly. I had my coworker talk to them just to put me on a loaner because they acted like they had no vehicles on the lot to give me. I just gave my last to get the vehicle. I have been in at least 5 different loaner vehicles and rarely driven my own vehicle because the dealership has had this broken down vehicle. When I requested for a different vehicle they told me to give them more money or get a co-signer. After all of this that I have been through, you think I need to bring you $3000 more or get a cosigner to get out of this vehicle. I've been making payments on this vehicle that I haven't even been driving. I've driven loaners more than this vehicle that's supposed to be mine. The staff is not caring. They will pass the buck and let you stand there like you're nothing. They act like they are for you but as soon as the money clears the bank from yours to theirs then they act like you've never met. Every time I ask to speak to the head person they find someone new to speak to. I wonder if they know who's at the top. At this location in Statesboro, too many people have the same first name so you might wanna right down the last name. They don't do work orders either unless the "job" is done. I asked for a work order and they looked at me stupid. I said well I brought it up here you looked at it and found nothing so where is the order of the time in and out? That just let me know that they just parked my car. I would tell everyone to drive to the gas station but not to this dealership for a vehicle. If something is wrong with the vehicle don't put any faith in any dealership to fix it before you buy it unless you get it in writing and you have someone with you to vouch for it too. I wouldn't give them half a star. They told me since this is a Lincoln to take it to Ford to look at it. In the beginning they told me to bring it to them because I bought it from them. Never trust a salesman they will say anything. They sent the vehicle to Ford after they couldn't fix it after the 1st 2 months and kept saying it would go through my extended warranty instead of on them because the problem was there in the very beginning. Why touch my extended warranty? It was within the first 30 days of the purchase it should be on the the dealership. I am so ready to just park it and cut my losses. I have lost almost $5000 now. The problem is still not fixed.

Went into the dealership to look at a new 2022 Pathfinder...

Went into the dealership to look at a new 2022 Pathfinder with hopes to test drive and see one in person. After taking a look at it in person, fresh off the truck I was told I could come back the next day to test drive it. To the letter, I was there at 11 AM the next day to test drive with my wife and Jessica and Kira rode with us. The drive was amazing and so was the vehicle.Knowing I was only there to look at the vehicle and to get some information, I never felt pressured to make a purchase or felt like I was being treating by some rando off the block. Conversation about the vehicle was great and they were able to get me information incredibly fast.After driving it, Don, the sales manager mentioned being able to do a deal due to it being the last day of the month and after some talking we were able to drive the vehicle off the lot for just under the MSRP after all Tax,Title,Fees, Extended warranty, and trade-in was calculated.Overall it was the best and smoothest experiences I have ever had with a car purchase or with any dealer.
